Filming – FAQ
How many games can we get filmed?
As many as you want! That is, as long as we have the availability for each of your games at the time you make your reservation requests. (And, generally, if you make those requests far enough in advance so that we can rustle up extra equipment and videographers if necessary, we can make it happen.)
How do we cancel or change a reservation?
Either send us an email at Support@Ballyhoo.com or simply reply to any of the emails we sent you during the reservation/payment process.
What's your cancellation policy?
Officially, at least 48 hours before your game time in order to be able to issue you a full refund.
Unofficially, we’re pretty reasonable people, and we understand things come up. Contact us. Be fair with us and we’ll be fair with you.
